These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates or changes on our website. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Delivery, Exchange, and Return Policy

The customer has the right to return and get a refund if the invoice has not been received, within (3) days from the invoice date. The refund will be processed based on the original payment method within a maximum of 20 business days from the return request date.

For unavailable products in the customer’s region or nearby areas, full payment or a 2-part payment is required before confirming the order. The invoice will not be issued until the first payment is made. Delivery costs are borne by the customer.

The customer may return the product and receive a full refund within the first day of receiving the goods only if a non-repairable manufacturing defect is found.

If the customer fails to receive the purchased goods within (60) days from the invoice date, a 10% monthly storage fee will be charged. After 4 months from the invoice date, the invoice is automatically canceled, and the customer is only entitled to a product exchange equal to the remaining value after deducting storage fees.

The customer can exchange the stored goods before receiving them, with additional storage fees applied if the free storage period (90 days) is exceeded. A one-time extension for up to 15 days is allowed. After that, a 5% monthly holding fee is charged.

The following items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable: comforters, all types of pillows, bedsheets, mattress protectors, mattress toppers, prayer rugs, air fresheners, and all accessories.

Free delivery is available once inside main cities with our branches. If the customer misses the agreed delivery, a fee of 500 SAR will be charged for the second attempt.

Orders above 1300 SAR qualify for free delivery within main cities; orders below this value will incur a 300 SAR delivery fee.

If the customer picks up the product directly from the warehouse or showroom, Bed House bears no responsibility for any damage, defect, or shortage that occurs after handover.

If goods are delivered and the customer requests to keep them sealed, Bed House is not responsible for any future damage or shortage once the receipt is signed.

Delivery time is 3–10 business days in main cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam) and 7–14 business days in other regions.
Price Guarantee

Product prices are subject to change without notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

General or seasonal offers do not apply to items that already have individual discounts.
Quality Assurance

Returns are allowed within 3 days of receipt, with the original invoice. Returns from seasonal promotions are excluded.

Products must be in excellent and clean condition for any exchange or return.

If a manufacturing defect appears within the warranty period, the product (or the defective part) will be replaced within 48 hours, subject to company policy.

A 150 SAR delivery fee will be deducted if the invoice is canceled after confirmation and delivery scheduling.

Warranty does not cover misuse (e.g., breakage, tearing, liquid spillage, fabric damage, or frame/base issues).

All products are covered by brand-specific warranties, with exchange limited to the same brand. Depreciation fees may apply. Original invoice is required.

Invoices can be held for 90 days from the purchase date, extendable once for up to 15 days. After that, a 5% monthly fee is charged.

Mattress warranty applies only if the sag exceeds 1 inch. Softness is not covered.

Massage chairs are installed free once. Reinstallation or relocation incurs a service charge, to be communicated in advance.

Electrical appliances, wooden furniture, and beds cannot be returned or exchanged after installation unless a manufacturing defect is found. Uninstalled items can be returned within 24 hours if unopened in original packaging.

The customer may cancel or exchange unreceived goods within 15 days, except custom orders or discounted items which are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days. Cash refunds are not offered.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of:
